1. Stock Market:
Vietnam Market:
The market faced resistance near 1,700 points, with a Shooting Star candlestick and profit-taking pressure, especially from foreign investors. Despite the correction pressure, VN-Index held above 1,665 points. It is expected that the market will be supported around this level and may recover, testing the 1,680–1,700 range.
U.S. Market:
Trading sessions posted only modest gains but were still positive, with the S&P 500 reaching a new all-time high, closing up 0.2% at 6,481.40. The Dow Jones also gained 0.3% to 45,565.23, while the Nasdaq edged up 0.2% to 21,590.14. The Russell 2000 small-cap index advanced the most, adding 0.6% to 2,373.80.
